" MaryAnn Ead came to our community of Douglas, AZ, about 4 years ago. She contributes to the community with passion and dedication.
MaryAnn is currently working to get the Rancho Perilla Estates Master Association functioning properly. In the short time that she has worked on this she has gotten the bills and billing back on track, gotten a much needed new power pedastal installed, and all of the street lights now function. This subdivision has been plagued with mismangement and i have confidence that MaryAnn is getting it fully back on track.
Her honesty and approach to her real estate career have served her well. She has many prominent associates in the community and, when she has time, does her share of volunteer work.
She is knowledgeable about most aspects of the real estate business, and I recommend her services often. Being a prominent citizen of our community I take care that my recommendations are solid. It would be a welcome addition to Douglas for her to have her own brokerage.

"...We were very impressed with MaryAnn's professionalism throughout the transaction. Being unfamiliar with Arizona real estate law, MaryAnn efficiently guided us throught the process. She made herself readily available to us to answer our many questions and concerns and always treated us in a friendly and respectable manner.
We were pleased to learn that MaryAnn was working toward establishing her own brokerage and feel that she would be an asset to the Cochise County real estate market. She is friendly, personable and hard working, and has a remarkable ability to cover all details to completion. She never once left us feeling apprehensive about the transaction...."
