This is now a website for my brokerage. Yep, I have taken the big step and am now running my own office. There will not be much changed as far as navigating the website. Hopefully there will be magnanimous changes in the amount of business I do! Welcome to South East Arizona Real Estate. I am located at the front entrance to the historic Gadsden Hotel. I hope to serve you well. MaryAnn Ead
Welcome. This is a place to get real estate information for Douglas and Bisbee areas of Cochise County Arizona. This will include the land east of the Mule Mountains, across Sulpher Springs Valley , over the Perillas and to the state line of New Mexico. To the south is Douglas, on the border of Mexico, it's sister city is Agua Prieta MX.
Douglas area real estate is very affordable. It is a city of apprx. 17,000 people. Agua Prieta has 115,000 people. The 2 cities have economic and social ties. There is commercial and residential investment opportunity in this city.
There is opportunity to live a "green" lifestyle here. We have raw land for sale. Many parcels are off grid with no connection to public utilities. ...and they are often blessed with panoramic views. Check out some of my virtual tours to get a glimpse of this land. The abundance of high desert sun provides solar power needs.
Bisbee is an historic mining town. Once a boomtown, now a culturally diverse small town with lots of galleries and historic hotels.. "Old Bisbee" attracts visitors from northern areas such as, Alaska, Michigan and Canada, in the winter. Folks from hot desert cities come to Bisbee in the summer for cooler, high desert, temperatures.
On this website you can find properties for sale and experience virtual tours of them. We have homes in Douglas, Raw land,Rural Properties ,Ranches, or Bisbee homes, and homes all the way to Portal, near the New Mexico state line. If you have interests in commercial properties or investments in real estate in the area I can help you find the right property.
